This show is about two anthropomorphic rabbit twins named Yin and Yang that train under Master Yo, a grumpy old panda who ends up being their father. They learn the sacred art of Woo Foo, a special type of martial arts that involves might and magic. They must work together to save the world from evil villains and forces that want to destroy, corrupt, or take it over. But through all these adventures, Yin and Yang still portray typical siblings; sometimes disagreeing with each other, but still care about each other and working together when needed.
Mission Yinpossible: Carl gets the magical artifact called the Pink Fuzzy Slippers of Heart's Desire! By putting them on, his heart's desire of getting his mother Edna to love him more than Herman comes true! Yin and Yang figure its only a matter of time before Carl uses the Slippers for more evil ends, but Carl's new house is protected with booby traps! Will Yin and Yang need to be complicated, or will their mission prove to be more simple than it really is? Disapp-Eared: Yang is supposed to be learning a new move called the Sonic Defibrillation Blast, but Yang doesn't want to learn another lame might attack, he wants to learn a magic attack since Yang knows he can do magic to. But Master Yo tells Yang that he isn't ready for an invisibility move yet. By mistake, Yang grabs the scroll explaining how to turn himself invisible, but he skips the important warning of how to use the move properly. It still makes Yang invisible, and it also makes him inaudible! Yang thinks this is a good move at first, but when he overhears how Carl has come up with another plan to blot out the suns using Yin's energy, can he figure out a way to save Yin before its too late?
Camp Magic Pants: Pranks are the latest youth craze, and Yin and Yang are no different. After they prank Master Yo, he is more than eager to let a mysterious stranger take them away to Camp Magic Pants. There they meet the Chosen One, Terry Otter, and begin their magical training. However, a prank war unfolds, and Yin begins to become corrupted by the naughtiness around her. Will she come back to the light, or will she be naughty for good? Worked Stiff: Yang wants to buy a cool new set of sneakers, but he has no money. The solution shows itself in an ad for Magnatopia, which boasts that he can get the, "Funnest job ever" there! Yang, of course, jumps at the chance to get paid to spend a week at an amusement park. And of course, it turns out to not be as fun as it is advertised, and it actually turns out to be a trap! Can Yang discover who is behind this fiendish plot and put a stop to it?
Clown-Fu Fighting: When Yang finds out that Master Yo knows a form of fighting known as Clown Fu, he wants to learn the various techniques for himself. However, he ends up having more pressing matters to deal with when the four ancient spirit heads appear to tell him that the first piece of armor he needs to retrieve is the multi-colored afro, and it happens to be at the very same Clown-Fu school Yang wants to go to! But getting the Afro won't be easy, as their are a bunch of evil, angry accountants attacking the school! Will Clown Fu be enough to get the Afro, or will Yang have to resort to his own Woo Foo? Cat Smash Fever: The Chung Pow Kitties are desperately trying to claim the Licking Stick in the Woo Foo Weapon armory as their very own. Although Yin and Yang are able to stop them, they're sick and tired of having to fight against them all the time! So Yin decides that the best way to take care of this problem is to break up the CPK by spreading vicious Internet rumors! It works, but will this solution end up causing more problems then it ends up solving?
Skirting the Issue: Master Yo gives Yang a powerful Woo Foo artifact that's indestructable! The only problem is: It's a skirt! And Yang does not want to be seen as unmanly! Meanwhile, Ultimoose gets another insidious plot to use the power of Roger Jr's. and Yang's aggressive manliness competition to power up a missle which will destroy a big city! Will Yang have to swallow his pride and don the skirt in order to win the day? Moon Over My Yinny: Yin feels as though Yang is not really supportive of her during their fights against evil, while Carl feels as though he's not doing enough to win his mother's love. So Carl decides its time he tried to try out another diabolic plan to blot out the world's suns again! This time, he plans to go into space and plant plasma guns on the world's moons which have the power to destroy the suns! Yin and Yang must go after Carl, but the matter becomes complicated due to Yin installing a computerized boyfriend on the Woo Foo Battle Cruiser named Chad 3000. Will this new machine help or hinder Yin and Yang's plan to stop Carl?
An Inconvenient Tooth: The one thing Yang fears isn't girly stuff or fighting villains, it is going to see the Dentist. But when Yang neglects his teeth, a magical force falls over him and he develops Wild Hare Tooth syndrome! Even worse, Edna wants to have a non Woo Foo Rabbit for dinner and Carl, desperate for his mothers love, is willing to oblige. Will Yin and Master Yo have to save Yang, or can he figure a clever way out of this situation by himself? Situation Tragedy: Carl, still trying to destroy the Woo Foo Warriors, has had enough of Yin and Yang scurrying to their Dojo everytime things get tough. So when Carl finally gets his Magical Remote fixed, he uses it to trap the Woo Foo Warriors and Master Yo into a sitcom world, where the rules that the good guys are used to don't apply, and there's a built in audience judging all of the characters every move. Are Yin and Yang going to be able to figure out a way of Carl's sitcom world by playing by his rules or will they have to play by their own rules?
