This show is about two anthropomorphic rabbit twins named Yin and Yang that train under Master Yo, a grumpy old panda who ends up being their father. They learn the sacred art of Woo Foo, a special type of martial arts that involves might and magic. They must work together to save the world from evil villains and forces that want to destroy, corrupt, or take it over. But through all these adventures, Yin and Yang still portray typical siblings; sometimes disagreeing with each other, but still care about each other and working together when needed.
Today You Are a Bear?: Yin and Yang think that becoming bears will be a great thing, but an evil pig ranger with a vendetta against bears is going to attempt to turn Yin and Yang into what bears aren't in order to get them mauled. Can Master Yo save them with some good advice before they get mauled? Pets Peeved: When Yang gets a chance to own a pet, he settles on a puppygriff which he calls Little Schnoz-face. But Yang's neglectfulness causes his pet to run away. When Yin and Yang catch up to him in Tallville, they wind up getting a taste of their own medicine when a vile girl named Rita makes them into her pets! Can Yin and Yang figure a way out of this bad situation?
Yang has finally collected all the pieces of armor he needs for the ancient spirit heads. But oddly enough, the spirits claim that the only way to prevent the Dark Tomorrow is to throw the items into the Night Master's flame in the Night Master's lair by midnight. Yang tricks Yin into coming with him by making her throw a party. And Yang claims that the best place to do this is at the Night Master's lair, using Coop to get inside. Unfortunately, no sooner does he do this then does the trouble start. The past Night Master Eradicus, is re-born and unleashed into the present world, by Yang! And the four ancient spirit heads turn out to be Eradicus' minions! Now Eradicus decides to create the Dark Tomorrow by switching the personalities of anyone and everyone! (Except for Yin, Yang, and Yo who protect themselves, and Coop who was neutral to begin with.) The only hope that Yang has for salvation is if he can learn to stop fighting for his own fame and learn to put his trust and strength into fighting with his team-mates! But Yang is going to need a little protection help from his enemies in the form of armor! Will Yang's determination and armor be enough to stop Eradicus?
Upstanding Yuck: Yin and Yang's old enemy Yuck comes back, and it seems like he has become a changed rabbit! Of course, Yang and Yin find it implausible that something made out of their worst qualities can possibly change. Are they right, or are they playing with fire by trying to provoke Yuck? Walk in the Woods: Master Yo is appalled by how spoiled and lazy Yin and Yang are acting lately! Master Yo decides that a dose of training reality is what they need to make them realize that a little effort now and then can really help them out! Of course, Yin and Yang are only interested in trying to take what seems to be the easy way back, but they end up in the path of an ogre, three vicious bears, and one sweet lady who wants to serve them food. Of course, Yin and Yang are unaware of what this seemingly harmless old ladies ulterior motives are. Her ultimate plan isn't to serve them food, it's to fatten in up so she can be served two fat children! Will Yin and Yang realize her evil trap in time and be able to defeat it before its too late?
Old Softie: The Woo Foo Warriors are bored out of their wits as there are no villans to beat. Except for Badfoot. He wants his Lickin' Stick back! So he devises a plan to lure Yin, Yang, and Master Yo away from the dojo so his hench-men can sneak in to steal it! And Badfoot uses Master Yo's greatest weakness: a Pretzel Factory run by Salty McSalter-stein! Even though it seems as though the Pretzel Factory Tour will be fun, Yin and Yang are determined not to enjoy it in spite all the obstacles Salty puts them through. Will Badfoot get the upper hoof on the Warriors, or does Master Yo have an ace up his sleeve? Dance, Dance Devastation: Yang is confidant that he can beat Yin in every type of video game ever made! Carl decides to use the rabbits competitive nature to his advantage. He zaps up a cursed video game where the object is to dance in order to get the highest score. But as soon as Yin and Yang get on it, they are now forced to literally dance for their lives because if they stop dancing, they'll croak! And Carl has a plan to poison the Town's President by using a Cookie of Doom! Can Yin and Yang figure a way to stop Carl and the dancing in time?
Get Off My Back: Yang and Carl meet each other in a store, and both fight over a valuable hammer they both want to have. Unfortunately, the store they're fighting in is owned by Master-mind and he's not too happy to have them ruining his store. So he decides to ruin their lives by magically sticking them together until they learn how to cooperate together! Can Carl and Yang learn how to get along, or will they end up trying to kill each other first? Slumber Party of Doom: Yin's hosting her 1st ever slumber party with Lena and two other girls, and she wants everything to be fun and perfect, meaning Yang's not invited! Unfortunately, Yin is being an obsessive-compulsive control freak and doesn't realize that by forcing her friends to stick to a schedule, they're not having any fun at all! Yang decides that Yin needs to be taught a lesson in learning how to be less pushy to her friends, and give them what they want. To accomplish this, Yang uses the Woo Foo Book of Forbidden Evil, infecting Yin's girl friends with evil zombie spirits who hunger for brains! Will Yin admit that she made a mistake so that Yang will help her?
