This show is about two anthropomorphic rabbit twins named Yin and Yang that train under Master Yo, a grumpy old panda who ends up being their father. They learn the sacred art of Woo Foo, a special type of martial arts that involves might and magic. They must work together to save the world from evil villains and forces that want to destroy, corrupt, or take it over. But through all these adventures, Yin and Yang still portray typical siblings; sometimes disagreeing with each other, but still care about each other and working together when needed.
Mind Games: Master Yo decides that it is time to instruct Yin and Yang to learn how to block their minds from getting mind-read by Ella Mental, but Yang has an impossible time learning how to do it. And when Master Yo says that he needs Yin's and Yang's help in collecting a secret 'weapon' that can defeat Eradicus, can Yang possibly stop Ella Mental from discovering this plan and beat Ella Mental at her own game?
Unmoving Pictures: Eradicus' latest plan to destroy the Woo Foo Warriors is to have his minions, disguised as Hollywood film people, convince Yin and Yang to star in a movie which is actually an elaborate trap rigged for their doom. Can Master Yo find out about this insidious plot in time and figure out a way to stop it? The Recline and Fall of Civilization: Yang discovers something very shocking! The recliner Master Yo sits on is actually inhabited by a bunch of microscopic tiny creatures. Naturally, Master Yo and Yin don't believe Yang even though the creatures have made their presence known to Master Yo through acts of retaliation.
Roboticus Maximus: Mastermind, deciding to take advantage of Master Yo's temporary absence, has gathered together Zarnot, Fastidious, and Mr. Pondscum to pilot a machine combination of all their robot suits and parts in order to destroy the town's electricity supply as well as Yin and Yang. To counter this, Yin and Yang must learn how to take turns being the leader, and organize an army so that they can let others help them out in the fight against evil as well. Size Matters: Yang thinks that he is a very strong male, but when Lena begins to purposely begin to flirt with really muscular men, Yang feels hurt and betrayed.
Extra Cheese, Anchovies and Doom!: After Master Yo catches Yin and Yang messing with a pizza delivery guy, he decides the Woo Foo Warriors need a lesson in respect. So Master Yo forces Yin and Yang to either deliver pizza on time or be cursed to become pizza themselves. How hard can that be? Very hard! Especially when they have to deliver to Eradicus! Can they succeed? The Confidence Game: Yin and Yang are getting their butts kicked by Eradicus and his minions on a daily basis, and Master Yo is tired of having to save their butts every time things start to get a little hard for them.
Season's Beatings: Master Yo wants to share the official Woo Foo holiday of Chaunnah-Christma-Kwanzaa-kah-as with Yin and Yang, but the jolly holiday soon turns dangerous when Zarnot returns, and with a plan that might actually succeed for once if the Woo Foo Warriors can't come up with a good plan! Splitting Hares : Yang thinks Yin wants to take a break from fighting, and Yin thinks Yang wants to take a break from fighting. So in an act of niceness, they each decide to temporarily team up with another partner...
