Donna makes Cleveland and Rallo spend the night in a haunted house. Meanwhile, Cleveland's new friend goes on a murderous rampage and Roberta is stuck in love triangle between a vampire and a wolf.
The Cleveland Show is a spin-off of the much-loved series Family Guy. The series features the adventures of Peter Griffin neighbor Cleveland Brown. He moves to his hometown in Virginia with his 14-year old son, Cleveland Jr. Many years ago, Cleveland was a high school student madly in love with a beautiful girl named Donna. Much to his dismay, his love went unrequited, and Donna wound up marrying another man. Cleveland once told Donna he would always love her, and if this man ever done her wrong, he'd be there when she called. Well, this man done her wrong. Donna's husband ran off, leaving Donna with a teenaged daughter and young son. Now she's open to Cleveland and offered him another chance at love. Unattached after the Loretta-Quagmire debacle and true to his word, Cleveland joyously unites with Donna, and he and his son move to Virginia to join their new family.

When a storm hits Stoolbend, the Browns are forced to salvage what's left of their vacation and Cleveland, Jr. shocks everyone with a proclamation of his religious beliefs. Part 1 of a three-part crossover with Family Guy and American Dad!.
Cleveland is upset when he finds out that his best friend Peter Griffin came to Stoolbend and did not call him to hang out. In an effort to bond with the guys, Cleveland takes them on a camping trip hosted by guest star Ric Flair.
Over breakfast Cleveland shows off his dream comic book "Waderman" inspired by an incident when he was younger when Donna fell into a fountain. Cleveland proposes to take the entire family to Comic-con in an attempt to sell his comic book, “Waderman”. Despite Donna's initial reservations, Cleveland manages to convince her to let them go.
When Rallo and his pals Bernard and Theodore perform in the school talent show, their rap about fiscal responsibility is not well-received by their classmates.
