Season 2 Episode 37 – Virtual Insanity
Billy and Cycloid comes to town to suprise Julie. Shadow Prove and Mylene came to take away the Darkus attribute energy away from Ace and Percival, and find the brawlers by tracking his Gauntlet signal.
In the parallel world of Vestroia, a power-hungry Bakugan, a small marble magnetic sphere which when thrown on a gate card turns into a highly strong and powerful warrior named Naga decides to absorb the energy of the two opposing cores that preserve the balance and peace in Vestroia. However he absorbed too much power and energy found within the Silent Core, the source of negative energy. The Infinity Core, the source of positive energy had been absorbed by Naga's twin sister, Wavern. Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia revolves around Dan, Marucho, and Shun being called to the newly restored Vestroia, allying with three new brawlers named Mira, Ace, and Baron against the evil Vexos organization.

Baron's little sister, Maron, uses Klaus' transporter to visit Baron, so Julie and Runo suggest to him to show her around town. Meanwhile, Shun and Ingram go to the amusment park that Baron and Maron are at and goes into the Samurai-themed area, which was going to open the next day. Shun encounters Volt there who was pretending to be a samurai. And when they power up their gauntlets, Baron, who was showing Maron how a gauntlet works, is taken into the battle with her nearby. Baron finds that Shun is fighting Volt in the Samurai area, so he goes to help with Nemus. However, Maron is vulnerable to Volt's attacks during the battle, so Shun takes her up to the top of a pagoda.
After Elfin overhears Preyas talking down about her receiving the energy and rash behavior, Elfin runs off into the city and encounters Shadow prove and Hydron. Marucho and Preyas arrive in time to rescue her and a battle ensues. At first, Elfin and Preyas have trouble getting along but they put their differences aside and almost defeat the Vexos, but Elfin shields Preyas from an attack and therefore loses the aquos energy. Preyas, out of anger for Elfin's sacrifice, easily defeats Hydron and Shadow prove, but the Vexos are now halfway through obtaining all of the attribute energy. Dan the others finish the movie they were watching,completely unaware of Elfin losing her attribute energy.
The brawlers return back to earth and see Shun, Runo and Julie waiting for them. They decide that they should put a protection on Marucho's house and that Runo and Julie should fight while they think of a strategy. Runo gets in to a fight with Dan and wanders around the city. Mira follows her and then Lync and Mylene show up and have a battle with Runo and Mira. Mylene and Lync get the subterra energy.
King Zenoheld’s plan to lure the Brawlers off of Vestal and back to Earth in order to battle them for the Attribute Energies seems to have worked. When the gang receives word of Shadow Prove’s attack on Alice they decide to return home, even though they suspect it’s a trap. In the meantime, Volt has challenged Gus to a Battle in an attempt to win back Brontes. Gus agrees to the fight with the ulterior motive of trying to get Volt to leave the Vexos and join him and Spectra. In the end, Volt is unsuccessful at defeating Gus, just as Gus is unsuccessful at getting Volt to betray the Vexos. And caught in the crossfire is poor Brontes, who is discarded yet again like a piece of trash, at the end of the battle.
