A man in a mirror kidnaps Fred and takes him to a world where the Planispheric Disk destroyed all of Crystal Cove. Meanwhile the gang encounters a strange Fred.
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated is a reboot of the franchise of Scooby-Doo animated series. Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo make up the team of teenage mystery solvers who live in a small town called Crystal Cove. The town’s long history of strange disappearances, demon, phantom, ghost and monster sightings, and other paranormal activity. In addition to the traditional cases they always solve, the team finds itself being nudged into the uncovering of a dark secret that is hidden in the past of Crystal Cove. Standing in the way of their solving mysteries, is romance. Shaggy finds himself unable to put his new romance with Velma ahead of his longtime friendship with Scooby, while Daphne pines for Fred, who obliviously struggles to realize he shares her feelings too. Sometimes love is the greatest mystery.

The gang, with the help of Rick Spartan and Cachinga, must solve the mystery of a gluttonous monster that has eaten Francilee Jackson on her cooking show.
Since her accident, Scooby has been visiting Nova regularly in the hospital. Meanwhile, a deceased ska band returns from the grave and hypnotizes partygoers at the local nightclub to dance to their music. The dancers are taken to hospital, whereupon the gang is called to solve the mystery before they dance themselves to death. Eventually, the band hypnotizes Fred and the girls, forcing Scooby and Shaggy to turn to the Hex Girls for help.
A herd of mutated skeleton cattle is destroying farms, and heading to destroy all of Crystal Cove.
