The SOS Brigade continue filming the film, though Haruhi is displeased with the battle sequence. Haruhi gets the idea of Mikuru firing a “Mikuru Beam” from her blue-contact lens left eye and inadvertently enables this to actually happen. Yuki is able to protect Kyon from a couple shots of the laser before tackling Mikuru and removing the contact. While Haruhi is helping Mikuru change into a bunny girl outfit, the others discuss the situation. After shooting some more for the rest of the day, Haruhi leaves telling the others to meet up at the same time tomorrow, despite it being a Sunday.
